Our Vision

The Power of Community

The Mujeres Mercado was the “Origin” event that ELLA created to change the narrative and counter the negative aspects of Latina Equal Pay Day by highlighting and celebrating Latina’s successes and creating opportunities for Latinas and each other. Our Mercado showcases the best Latina & Latino artisans and entrepreneurs in Arizona and is a testament to what the power of this community can do.

Fast forward, our efforts have brought significant attention to this community and has opened many doors for our entrepreneurs to see incredible success!
